一个组织或者机构想要得到有效而健康的发展,关键的要素或者说根本的动力应该是人力资源的管理。作为战略性的资源,人力资源管理的水平将对机构或者企业的发展产生巨大的影响。而妇幼保健机构的人力资源管理属于卫生人力资源管理,包括了对人力资源工作的规划和分析、员工的录用、教育培训以及考评激励等各项因素。本文将对妇幼保健机构的人力资源微观管理的现状进行分析和研究,并针对存在的问题提出有效的措施。
An organization or an organization want to be effective and healthy development, the key elements or fundamental motivation should be human resources management. As a strategic resource, the level of human resource management will have a huge impact on the development of an organization or enterprise. However, the human resource management of MCH institutions belongs to the management of human resources for health and includes various factors such as the planning and analysis of human resources work, employment of employees, education and training, assessment and motivation. This article will analyze and study the status quo of MCHM’s micro-management of human resources and put forward effective measures for the existing problems.
