为了研究厚果鸡血藤不同溶剂提取物对埃及伊蚊幼虫的毒杀作用,试验采用浸液法测定了厚果鸡血藤乙酸乙酯提取物、乙醇提取物、甲醇提取物及丙酮提取物对埃及伊蚊幼虫的毒杀活性。结果表明:厚果鸡血藤的乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物及丙酮提取物对3日龄埃及伊蚊幼虫均具有一定的毒杀作用,其中乙酸乙酯提取物的效果最好。用乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物及丙酮提取物处理埃及伊蚊12小时和48小时的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为8.471,2.898,27.137,6.583 mg/m L和3.419,1.026,2.457,2.406 mg/m L。说明乙酸乙酯能更有效地从厚果鸡血藤茎中提取杀蚊活性物质。
