高胆固醇血症是冠状动脉粥样硬化的主要易患因素,因此,选用有效降脂药物是治疗和预防冠心病有重要意义。临床采用美降脂(Lovastatin),特调脂(Duolip),对高脂血症的治疗作用,近年有大量报道。但美降脂,特调脂与国产多烯康,它们对高脂血症的调节血脂作用有什么异同,国内未见报道,故我们用该3种药物对高胆固醇及高甘油三酯血症的作用进行了临床观察。现将结果报道如下。
