受到现有测试设备的限制,高精度的D/A转换器(数模转换器)测试一直是混合信号测试中的难点,本文探讨了高精度数模转换器(DAC)测试的一种新方法。该方法通过在微弱被测电平上叠加参考正弦波,测试叠加后波形的过零点在时域上的分布情况,以了解DAC的静态特性参数。该方法的优点在于充分利用了现有ADC(模数转换器)的速度优势,原理简单,且易于实现。
Due to the limitations of the existing test equipment, high-precision D / A converter (D / A converter) testing has been a challenge in mixed-signal testing. This article explores a new approach to high-precision digital-to-analog converter . In the method, the sine wave is superimposed on a weakly measured level, and the distribution of the zero crossings of the waveform after the superposition is tested in the time domain to understand the static characteristic parameters of the DAC. The advantage of this method is that it takes advantage of the speed advantages of existing ADCs (analog to digital converters) and is simple in principle and easy to implement.
