自从双波长薄层扫描仪问世后,不仅对某些中药制剂中的有效成分含量得以控制,而且对于成分复杂不明的制剂,还可比较其扫描图象(Scanningpattern)而起鉴别或定性作用。薄层扫描图象分析的做法是取极性不同的几种有机溶媒,按极性大小为序(如己烷、氯仿、甲醇)先后提取中药复方制剂。将提取液浓缩后,按常法点一定量的样品于薄层上,展开,用薄层层析扫描仪作图,进行对比分析。
Since the advent of dual-wavelength thin-layer scanners, not only the content of active ingredients in certain Chinese medicine preparations has been controlled, but also the preparations with indefinable composition can be compared with Scanning patterns to identify or qualify them. The method of thin-layer scan image analysis is to take several kinds of organic solvents with different polarities, and sequentially extract Chinese herbal compound preparations according to the order of polarity (such as hexane, chloroform, and methanol). After the extract was concentrated, a certain amount of sample was placed on a thin layer at the normal point, and developed and compared with a thin layer chromatography scanner.
