1963年3月至1964年1月,三高炉进行了二次冶炼试验。目的在于研究冶炼强度和产量、焦比、质量、成本等技术经济指标的关系,高炉冶炼过程的变化,并寻找合理的操作制度。第一次试验由1963年3月至7月,烧结矿铁份为49%左右,称之为低铁份期,冶炼强度由0.806至0.98,利用系数1.378至1.625。第二次试验由1963年11月至1964年1月,烧结矿铁份为51%左右,称之为高铁份期;冶炼强度由0.8提高至1.23,利用系数1.378至2.04。两次试验期间其他条件稳定,并选择各冶炼强度的良好期的资料作为研究数据,试验结果基本上是可靠的。
March 1963 to January 1964, the third blast furnace conducted a second smelting test. The purpose is to study the relationship between technical and economic indicators such as smelting strength and output, coke ratio, quality and cost, the change of blast furnace smelting process and to find a reasonable operating system. The first test from March 1963 to July, sintered iron ore is about 49%, known as the low iron period, smelting strength from 0.806 to 0.98, the utilization factor of 1.378 to 1.625. The second test from November 1963 to January 1964, sintered iron ore is about 51%, known as high-speed rail; smelting strength increased from 0.8 to 1.23, the utilization factor of 1.378 to 2.04. Other conditions during the two tests were stable, and good information on each smelting strength was selected as the study data. The test results were basically reliable.
