作者对大连大洋离子钙厂以沿海盛产的牡蛎副产物—牡蛎壳为原料加工生产的生物钙进行了人体内吸收利用实验研究,并以牛乳粉和磷酸氢钙作为对照。结果表明生物钙、牛乳粉和磷酸氢钙的吸收率(%)分别为77.27、76.71和75.23:存留率(%)分别为75.81、74.05和72.86,二者之间差异均不显著(P>0.05), 说明生物钙在儿童体内吸收利用是比较好的,是可以广为利用并可代替磷酸氢钙的一种较为理想的食品钙强化剂。
