：
目的 探讨含指背皮神经的逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣在修复指端软组织缺损骨外露中的临床应用效果.方法 以含指背皮神经的逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损骨外露创面,共21例.

目的 探讨含指背皮神经的逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣在修复指端软组织缺损骨外露中的临床应用效果.方法 以含指背皮神经的逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损骨外露创面,共21例.观察皮瓣的成活率、质地、色泽、感觉.结果 本组全部患者均随访5～11个月,平均8个月.21例皮瓣全部成活,指端创面均获得覆盖;供区创面顺利愈合;皮瓣质地、弹性均正常,皮色与受区一致,无溃疡发生,感觉恢复良好.结论 含指背皮神经的逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端创面具有手术操作简单、安全,皮瓣厚薄适中,弹性好,色泽与受区一致,利于抗磨、防止溃疡和损伤等优点.
