本文报道了国产丁胺卡那霉素对大鼠肾脏功能、组织病理和超微结构的变化。按每日每公斤皮下注射下肢卡那霉素50mg、150mg和450mg,可使大鼠血浆肌酐及血浆尿素氮于给药后第八天明显升高,尿中钠离子、钾离子排出明显增多,尿渗透浓度下降伴尿量增多,与对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05)。光镜观察显示病理损害主要位于肾皮质近曲小管,表现变性、坏死。电镜下超微结构变化主要是近曲小管细胞中溶酶体体积增大、数量增多,内含髓样体。说明丁胺卡那霉素具有一定肾毒性。
This article reports the domestic amine amikacin on renal function, histopathology and ultrastructural changes.
