目的 应用经颅多普勒 (TCD)超声在颅内动脉瘤术中监测载瘤动脉血流速度变化。方法 对 32例颅内动脉瘤患者使用微血管多普勒 (MVD)超声进行术中检测 ,记录载瘤动脉血流速度的变化 ,观察术后脑缺血性并发症。结果 发现有缺血性并发症组血流速度较无并发症组明显加快 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而两组在术前血流速度并无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 将MVD及TCD应用于术中监测载瘤动脉血流动力学变化有一定临床意义
Objective To monitor the change of blood flow velocity of the parent artery during intracranial aneurysm surgery by transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasound. Methods 32 patients with intracranial aneurysm were examined by microvascular Doppler (MVD) intraoperatively. The changes of blood flow velocity in the parent artery were recorded and the postoperative cerebral ischemic complications were observed. The results showed that the ischemic complications in the group of blood flow velocity was significantly faster than the non-complication (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in preoperative blood flow velocity between the two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusions The application of MVD and TCD in monitoring intraoperative hemodynamic changes of parent artery has some clinical significance
