随着信息技术的飞速发展,人们对科学本身的认识不断深化,人们逐渐发现仅仅把科学定义为知识体系是远远不够的,应该用动态的观点解释科学,把科学看作获取知识、探索自然奥秘的认识活动以及创造知识的认识活动。主要从以下三大方面进行阐述:目前农村小学科学教育现状;小学科学课的特征;信息技术手段与科学课的有效结合。
