Because of the fierce scene of basketball games, the improvement of the athletes, the narrowing of the gap between the two sides of the game, resulting in more and more confrontational, so the referee on-the-spot penalty level requirements become higher and higher. This paper analyzes the main factors that influence the judgment of basketball referee and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
