目的掌握福建省漳州地区蚊虫种类以及孳生环境,为福建省蚊媒病的预防与控制提供依据。方法采用幼虫调查法,结合人诱法、牛诱法,调查福建省漳州地区6个县,主要在居民区、山区和港口采集幼虫,饲养为成蚊后鉴定。结果此次调查蚊种经鉴定隶属于3亚科9属40种,其中按蚊属4种,伊蚊属12种,库蚊属14种,其他蚊属10种,首次在福建地区报道捕获蓝带蚊属的科利蓝带蚊;不同地区捕获的蚊种不同,南靖和平和县捕获的蚊种数量最多,有27种;调查蚊媒8种孳生环境,其中竹筒孳生蚊虫有15种,山沟溪涧积水形成的泉水沟、石穴各有11种,其他孳生环境蚊种数量相对较少。结论福建省漳州地区存在多种疾病相关的蚊类病原媒介,应针对性加强登革热等蚊媒监测调查,并结合其孳生环境综合性治理。
Objective To know mosquito species and breeding environment in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, and provide basis for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne disease in Fujian Province. Methods The larva survey method was used to investigate larvae in residential areas, mountainous areas and ports in 6 counties in Zhangzhou of Fujian Province. The larvae were collected and identified as adult mosquitoes. Results The mosquito species identified in this survey belong to 3 genera and 9 genera and 40 species, of which 4 species belong to Anopheles, 12 species to Aedes, 14 species to Culex and 10 species to other mosquitoes. There were 27 species of mosquito species caught in Hepinghe County in Nanjing. Among them, 8 species of mosquito breeding environment were investigated. Among them, 15 species of mosquito were found in bamboo tube, There are 11 kinds of spring ditches and rock caves formed in the water of mountain gully streams and relatively few mosquito species in other breeding environments. Conclusion There are many disease-related mosquito pathogen vectors in Zhangzhou area of Fujian province. We should strengthen the surveillance of mosquito vectors such as dengue fever and combine with the comprehensive management of breeding environment.
