目的:比较五爪龙不同提取物体外抗菌活性。方法:使用95%乙醇对五爪龙中化合物进行提取,然后分别使用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水等萃取剂对乙醇总提物进行分极性段萃取。观察五爪龙各极性段对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、鳗弧菌的抑菌效果。结果:五爪龙四个极性段对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鳗弧菌均具有一定的抑制作用,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ段作用更强。结论:五爪龙各极性段和抑菌作用强度有明显差别,其中以乙酸乙酯、石油醚萃取的抑菌作用更强。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the antibacterial activity of different extracts of Pachyesthesia in vitro. METHODS: The compounds of Myzus persica were extracted with 95% ethanol, and then the total ethanol extracts were separated by polar fraction using petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extractant respectively. To observe the polar section of the five claw dragon Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Vibrio anguillarum antibacterial effect. Results: The four polar segments of the five claw dragon to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio anguillarum have a certain degree of inhibition, of which Ⅰ, Ⅱ role stronger. CONCLUSION: There is a clear difference in the intensity of antibacterial action among the polar segments of the genus Ipomoea, of which the antibacterial activity is stronger with ethyl acetate and petroleum ether.
