In the last 100 years, people have undergone great changes in shape, and there will be a future who will get rid of all the problems and weaknesses of modern people. The following three kinds of predictions are made on this topic by scientists. Myth # 1: When you walk, your knees bend back. Many of the problems of modern humans are related to walking on two legs because our physical structure is not much different from that of an ancestor walking on all fours. Spine load is too large, thin between the vertebra cartilage plate deformation under pressure, oppression of the nerves and spinal cord, which is easy to get rickets and spinal nerve root inflammation. So thicken the cartilage plate and bend the upper part of the trunk to the ground to relieve the burden on the spine. In other words, people have to bend slightly when walking. But in order to make the eyes still look forward, the neck must bow up.
