为验证所提出的受压板上纵向加劲肋的最小刚度方程,对9个纵向加劲板试件进行试验研究,并确定其极限承载力。根据SSRC临界应力曲线,对试验结果与有限元分析所预测的最大强度进行比较,两者具有相当高的相关性。因此,从试验上确定了受压板上纵向加劲最小刚度方程的精度,以及修正SSRC临界应力曲线,包括塑性屈服的范围和过渡区。通过试验得出加劲板弯曲性能的一系列结论。
In order to verify the proposed minimum stiffness equation of longitudinal stiffeners on compression plate, nine longitudinal stiffened plates were tested and the ultimate bearing capacity was determined. According to the SSRC critical stress curve, the test results are compared with the maximum predicted strength of the finite element analysis, and the two have a very high correlation. Therefore, the accuracy of the longitudinal stiffening minimum stiffness equation on the compression plate is determined experimentally, and the critical stress curve of SSRC is corrected, including the range of plastic yield and the transition region. A series of conclusions about the flexural behavior of stiffener were obtained through experiments.
