汝地矿公告〔2014〕2号根据有关法律法规的规定,汝州市地质矿产局决定以挂牌方式公开出让3宗采矿权。现将有关事宜公告如下:一、拟出让采矿权基本情况二、中华人民共和国境内具有独立法人资格的公司、企业、个人和其他组织均可参加,其资格须经汝州市矿业权交易中心审查确认。三、本次采矿权挂牌出让采用增价方式,遵循价高者得的原则确定竞得人。四、本次出让不接受联合竞买,不接受邮寄、电子邮件、口头等其他方式申请。本次出让的详细资料和具体要求见
Rudi Mine Bulletin [2014] No. 2 According to the relevant laws and regulations, the Ruzhou Geological and Mineral Bureau decided to publicly sell 3 mining rights by way of listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: I. Basic Conditions of the Mining Rights to be Transferred II. The companies, enterprises, individuals and other organizations that have the qualifications of independent legal persons within the territory of the People’s Republic of China may participate. Their qualifications shall be subject to examination by the Ruzhou Mining Right Exchange Center confirm.
