心理幸福感关注人的潜能发挥和人的价值实现,是一种自我实现的幸福。作为一种健康的心理机制,心理幸福感的提高会影响员工的工作投入和工作业绩,并进一步影响组织目标的实现。本研究选取了组织支持、个人-组织匹配和核心自我评价三个变量,探讨它们对心理幸福感的直接影响以及他们的交互作用对心理幸福感的影响机制。通过对来自全国各地企业的431名员工进行调查,结果表明组织支持和个人-组织匹配能积极预测心理幸福感,核心自我评价调节了个人-组织匹配与心理幸福感之间的关系,同时核心自我评价调节了个人-组织匹配在组织支持和心理幸福感之间的中介作用。
Psychological well-being concerned about people’s potential to play and the realization of human values, is a self-realization of happiness. As a kind of healthy psychological mechanism, the improvement of mental well-being will affect the employee’s work input and work performance, and further affect the realization of organizational goals. In this study, three variables, organizational support, personal-organizational match and core self-assessment, were selected to explore their direct impact on mental well-being and the impact of their interaction on psychological well-being. Through the survey of 431 employees from enterprises across the country, the results show that organizational support and personal-organizational match can positively predict mental well-being, and core self-evaluation regulates the relationship between personal-organizational match and mental well-being while core self Evaluation adjusts the intermediary role of personal-organizational matching between organizational support and psychological well-being.
