目的 :探讨颅内面神经根梳刮术治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法 :改良乙状窦后进路术式 ,将神经根作多层面梳理后 ,将纤刀倾斜再对细小神经纤维逐根刮剥 ,痉挛严重者可刮断部分细纤维。结果 :对 2 3例患者行颅内面神经梳刮术 ,术后随访 3年 ,2 2例面肌痉挛消失 ,肌张力正常 ,1例复发 ,治愈率为 95 .7%。结论 :本手术具有“双保险”提高疗效 ,可降低复发率 ,防止并发症发生 ,是治疗面肌痉挛的有效手段。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intracranial nerve root comb scraping in the treatment of hemifacial spasm. Results: Twenty-three patients underwent intracranial facial nerve scraping surgery. After 3 years of follow-up, 22 cases of hemifacial spasm disappeared, muscle tension was normal, and 1 case recurred. The cure rate was 95.7%. Conclusion: This procedure has “double insurance” to improve curative effect, which can reduce the recurrence rate and prevent the occurrence of complications. It is an effective method to treat hemifacial spasm.
