二乙烯三胺属于脂肪多胺类,为无色或棕黄色稍带粘性的液体,具氨样臭味。在纺织、染料、制药等工业部门作为原材料使用,它又是火箭推进剂组分。为检测该化合物的致畸作用,用Wistar成年健康大鼠同笼交配(雌雄1:1),受孕鼠随机分组,每组15只。二乙烯三胺设30,90,270mg/kg3个剂量组,母鼠受孕的第7天灌胃,1次/d,连续12d。正常对照组给予等体积蒸馏水,阳性对照组给予环磷酰胺15mg/kg,第11天腹腔注射。二乙烯三胺在临用前用蒸馏水配制,以盐酸调节pH至中性。
