知识经济时代,一个国家生产力的竞争能力更多地表现为城市群的综合竞争力,表现为对全球范围内信息和资源的集聚程度和配置能力。“十一五”时期中国经济社会发展将面临重大变化,长三角地区生产力发展的总体环境也将随之发生变化。长三角地区生产力发展环境的变化主要体现在:一是国内市场的国际化特征日趋明显;二是资源环境对经济社会发展的约束日益凸现;三是国内外竞争进一步加剧;四是科学发展观和可持续发展国家战略,对城市群功能和竞争力提出了新的要求。21世纪长三角地区生产力发展将面临不少机遇:国际资本和技术的转移;全球城市体系的网络化;都市密集区的集聚效应;创新型国家战略与长三角的科技优势。同时,长三角地区生产力发展也具有许多独特的优势。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the competitiveness of a country’s productive forces is more manifested in the overall competitiveness of urban agglomerations, manifested in the degree of agglomeration and allocation of information and resources on a global scale. China will face major changes in its economic and social development during the 11th Five-Year Plan and the general environment for the development of productive forces in the Yangtze River Delta will also change.
