《工友》编辑部:我于去年10月应聘到一家公司从事产品推销工作,由于缺乏公关能力和市场推广经验,我的业绩一直达不到公司的要求,今年1元月,公司将我调到总部从事文秘工作,我自感觉能够胜任,但公司却在1个月后以我不能胜任工作为由,额外支付了我一个月的工资后与我解除了劳动合同。对公司认为我不胜任工作的理由,我不想追究,我想请问的是,这种情况我能否获得经济补偿金?曾国华
“Coworkers” Editorial Department: In October last year, I applied to a company engaged in product marketing. Due to the lack of public relations skills and marketing experience, my performance has not met the company's request. However, after one month, the company lifted the labor contract with me after paying me an additional month's wages on the grounds that I could not handle the job.
