目的 :调查长沙市养老护理员工作压力现状,并分析影响养老护理员工作压力的主要因素。方法 :利用分层与整群抽样法筛查对象,通过自制人口学资料表、养老护理员工作压力量表(WSS)及社会支持量表对纳入对象进行问卷调查。结果 :共回收500份有效问卷,养老护理员工作压力得分为75.16±20.32,社会支持得分为38.76±4.37,且社会支持的三维度与工作压力均呈负相关(P<0.001);通过逐步回归分析得出照顾老人数、收入和主观支持水平是工作压力的主要影响因子(F=5.537,P<0.001)。结论:养老护理员面临中等程度工作压力,社会支持度不高。相关部门应采取有效措施减轻养老护理员的工作压力。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of working pressure of nursing home care workers in Changsha and to analyze the main factors that affect the working pressure of nursing home nursing workers. Methods: The subjects were screened by stratified and cluster sampling methods. Questionnaires were made on self-made demographic data tables, work-pressure tables for aged care workers (WSS) and social support scales. Results: A total of 500 valid questionnaires were collected. The scores of work-related stress were 75.16 ± 20.32 and the scores of social support were 38.76 ± 4.37. The three dimensions of social support were negatively correlated with work stress (P <0.001) The analysis shows that the number of elderly people who take care of the elderly, the level of income and the level of subjective support, are the main factors affecting work stress (F = 5.537, P <0.001). Conclusion: Nursing care workers face medium-term work pressure and social support is not high. Relevant departments should take effective measures to reduce the pressure on nursing care workers.
