近年来,成都军区某汽车技工训练大队,坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,围绕“五句话”总要求,全面落实军区装备部“科技兴装,人才为本”的指示精神,针对西南战区的特点,与时俱进,开拓创新,瞄准一流搞建设,着眼实战训精兵,教学训练质量与水平一年一个台阶快速发展。2002年,圆满完成了军区教导队建设达标任务,并已通过军区验收,取得优秀成绩。
