随着社会的进步,人力资源在工业化时代、知识信息时代作用更为突出。人力资源作为当前社会不可或缺的资源,所产生的经济效益对于组织绩效好坏有着很大关联。本文意在研究战略人力资源管理活动如何影响组织绩效,及如何进行战略人力资源管理活动提升组织绩效提出自己的建议,在过往学者的研究基础上作出自己的展望。
With the progress of society, human resources play an even more prominent role in the era of industrialization and knowledge information. Human resources as an indispensable resource in the current society, the economic benefits generated by the organizational performance is very significant. This article aims to study how strategic human resource management activities affect organizational performance and how to carry out strategic human resource management activities to improve organizational performance and make their own suggestions based on previous scholars’ research.
