目的以不同产地的常春藤为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法建立常春藤药材的指纹图谱及其8种指标性成分的含量测定方法,为科学评价和控制常春藤药材的质量提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,指纹图谱的建立与含量测定的建立:色谱柱为Extend-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 m),以体积分数为0.05%的磷酸溶液和乙腈进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm。结果建立了常春藤药材的指纹图谱和8种成分的含量测定方法,确定了常春藤药材指纹图谱中的21个共有峰,不同产地的15批药材中各成分的含量为0.01%~4.4%。结论本方法为科学评价常春藤药材质量提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish ivy in different habitats as the research object and to establish HPLC fingerprinting method for determination of iv fingerprints and determination of eight index components in order to provide a scientific basis for the scientific evaluation and control of the quality of ivy herbs. Methods The HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint and the determination of its content. The column was a Extend-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 m) with a gradient of 0.05% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile Off, the detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results The fingerprint of ivy and the method of determination of eight components were established. The 21 common peaks in the fingerprints of ivy were identified. The content of each component was 0.01% -4.4% in 15 batches of herbs in different habitats. Conclusion This method provides a scientific basis for evaluating the quality of ivy herbs.
