脱水山楂片,折合成鲜果,总酸含量升高了23.9%,总糖含量升高了7.2%,L-抗坏血酸损失55.6%。利用脱水山楂片制取山楂汁,总糖提取率76.3%, L─抗坏血酸保存率11.3%。工艺简单易行,利于实现周年生产。
Dehydrated hawthorn tablets, equivalent to fresh fruit, the total acid content increased by 23.9%, the total sugar content increased by 7.2%, L-ascorbic acid loss of 55.6%. The hawthorn juice was prepared by using dehydrated hawthorn tablet, the total sugar extraction rate was 76.3% and the L-ascorbic acid preservation rate was 11.3%. Process is simple, conducive to the realization of annual production.
