目的探讨从小鼠提取肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)的可行性.方法采用支气管肺泡灌洗法从小鼠、大鼠肺内采集游离细胞,用贴壁法提取肺泡巨噬细胞,并以酸性磷酸酶(ACP)法和吞噬鸡红细胞实验检测巨噬细胞的纯度.结果单位肺组织2种鼠的肺泡巨噬细胞收获量无显著性差异.结论采用灌洗法提取小鼠肺泡巨噬细胞是一种简便易行的办法.
