作者采用4种重组人造血细胞生长因子,包括白细胞介素3(IL-3)和3种集落刺激因子;粒巨噬细胞CSF(GM-CSF),粒细胞CSF(G-CSF)和巨噬细胞CSF(M-CSk),观察它们对12例正常造血细胞体外增殖和克隆形成的影响,比较各自的作用特点以及对CSF的剂量依赖性,探讨CSF临床应用的意义。结果表明,IL-3和GM-CSF对造血前体细胞都有较强的促增殖作用,使细胞的DNA合成增加,但GM-CSF刺激CFU-GM生长的作用明显大于IL-3,表明GM-CSF在诱导粒巨噬细胞分化方面较强。G-CSF和M-CSF属
The authors used four recombinant human hematopoietic growth factors including interleukin 3 (IL-3) and three colony stimulating factors; granulocyte-macrophage CSF (GM-CSF), granulocyte-CSF CSF (M-CSk). Their effects on the proliferation and colony formation of 12 normal hematopoietic cells were observed. Their respective roles and the dose-dependent effects on CSF were compared to explore the clinical significance of CSF. The results showed that both IL-3 and GM-CSF could strongly promote the proliferation of hematopoietic precursor cells and increase the DNA synthesis of cells, but the effect of GM-CSF on CFU-GM growth was significantly greater than that of IL-3, indicating that GM -CSF is strong in inducing granulocyte differentiation. G-CSF and M-CSF genera
