随着医学技术的迅速发展,利用各种内镜进行疾病诊断和治疗的技术越来越广泛地应用于临床,内镜诊疗技术在疾病的早期诊断、治疗以及微创手术和特殊治疗方法的开展等方面,起到了积极的作用。如同许多医学发明一样,内镜诊疗技术同样会产生相应的并发症,由于内镜诊疗需要进入人的体内,在接触粘膜的过程中,极易因粘膜破损使内镜沾染致病微生物,有的内镜检查需要做活检,活检钳直接钳取患者的组织标本。因此,如果使用后的内镜未进行彻底的清洗和消毒,会导致发生医源性感染的潜在危险,甚至造成疾病的传播。同时,由于内镜的材质特殊,精密度高,结构复杂,要求用后的清洗消毒方法既要保证效果,又要使其对内镜的损耗达到最低程度。因此,科学、有效的清洗消毒规程既是预防和控制因内镜诊疗导致病人发生交叉感染的关键环节,也是确保医疗质量和病人安全的重要工作。为加强医疗机构内镜清洗消毒工作,保障医疗质量和医疗安全,卫生部组织有关专家,在调查研究的基础上制定了《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》(以下简称《规范》),并于2004年4月1日正式下发。《规范》对内镜清洗消毒的操作程序、技术要求、消毒效果监测及人员培训提出了具体规定。卫生部在发文中要求:各级各类医疗机构必须高度重视内镜消毒工作,将内镜消毒质量纳入 With the rapid development of medical technology, the technology of diagnosing and treating diseases by using various endoscopes is more and more widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases as well as minimally invasive surgery and special treatment methods And so on, played a positive role.
