目的 研究血尿酸和冠脉病变的关系。方法 将 15 7例行冠状动脉造影者分为冠心病组和正常对照组 ,尿酸酶法检测其血清尿酸浓度 ,采用直线相关和回归分析血尿酸和冠脉病变两因素之间的相关性。结果 与对照相比 ,冠心病组血清尿酸显著升高 ( P <0 0 1) ,血清尿酸和冠脉病变计分呈显著正相关 ( r=0 2 2 0 ,P <0 0 1)。多元回归分析显示血清尿酸对冠脉病变计分呈独立的正相关影响。结论 血尿酸升高可能在冠心病发生发展中起到一定的作用
Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid and coronary artery disease. Methods 15 7 coronary angiography were divided into coronary heart disease group and normal control group. Uricase test was used to detect serum uric acid concentration. Correlation between serum uric acid and coronary artery disease was analyzed by linear correlation and regression analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum uric acid in CHD group was significantly increased (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum uric acid and coronary artery disease score (r = 0 2 2 0, P 0 01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that serum uric acid had an independent and positive correlation with coronary artery disease scores. Conclusion The elevated serum uric acid may play a role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease
