台湾民宿作为独具特色的旅游产品,在管理规范、主题风格、集聚营销等方面有丰富的经验,民宿产业已进入成熟发展期并呈现出规模效应,作为独特的人文景观正逐步改写着旅游形态。文章围绕台湾民宿产业发展,在分析民宿产业起源、内涵及类型特征的基础上,与大陆目前的民宿产业发展现状进行比较分析,同时借鉴台湾民宿先进的发展经验,对大陆民宿发展提出理性建议。 As a unique tourism product, Taiwan B & B has rich experience in management standardization, theme style and concentration marketing. The hotel industry has entered a mature period of development and shows a scale effect. As a unique cultural landscape, Taiwan is gradually rewriting tourism patterns . Based on the analysis of the origin, the connotation and the types of the industries in China, the article analyzes the present situation of the development of the homestay industry in mainland China, and draws lessons from the advanced development experience of Taiwan’s homestay industry to make rational suggestions on the development of the homestay industry in China.
