南水北调工程是国家的一项战略性基础工程,受到社会各界的关注。其水源区环境质量状况影响着南水北调工程的供水安全,故而对其水源区环境质量进行科学的评价研究是南水北调工程顺利实施的基础保障。以南水北调中线工程陕西段水源区为研究对象,在实地调查和咨询专家的基础上,科学选取评价指标,运用AHP决策分析方法,构建出该地区环境质量评价体系的层次结构模型;运用信息熵法对其指标权重进行修正,应用模糊综合评判方法,经过定量与定性综合分析验证,最终得出该地区环境质量综合评价结果。该评价结果表明,水源区环境质量一般,有待进一步改善。为了确保南水北调中线工程的顺利实施,促进水源区可持续发展,必须采取有效措施尽快解决影响环境质量的现存问题。
The South-North Water Diversion Project is a strategic basic project of the country and has drawn the attention of all sectors of society. The environmental quality of its water source area affects the water supply safety of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Therefore, a scientific assessment of the environmental quality of its water source area is the basis guarantee for the smooth implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Taking the water source area of Shaanxi section of the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project as the research object, based on the field investigation and consultation with experts, the evaluation index is scientifically selected and the AHP decision analysis method is used to construct the hierarchical structure model of environmental quality assessment system in this area. The weight of the index is amended. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to verify and verify the quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysis. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation results of the environmental quality in the area are obtained. The evaluation results show that the environmental quality of water source areas in general, to be further improved. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the mid-route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and promote the sustainable development of water source areas, effective measures must be taken to solve the existing problems affecting the quality of the environment as soon as possible.
