目的:建立养阴清肺丸中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的测定方法,考察不同企业养阴清肺丸中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,柱温为30℃,流动相为甲醇-水(10:90),流速0.8 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:284 nm,进样量为10μl。结果:5-羟甲基糠醛进样量在0.020 2~0.404 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率为101.52%,RSD=2.7%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于养阴清肺丸中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Yangyin Qingfei Pills, and investigate the content differences of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Yangyin Qingfei Pill from different enterprises. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 30 ° C and a mobile phase of methanol-water (10:90) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength : 284 nm, injection volume 10μl. Results: The 5-hydroxymethylfurfural sample showed a good linear relationship with the peak area integral value (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 0.020 2 ~ 0.404 0μg; the average recovery was 101.52% and the RSD was 2.7% n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Yangyin Qingfei Pills.
