目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损伤的危险因素。方法:选自收入的小儿支原体肺炎感染患儿共349例,患儿中并发神经系统损害的共36例。单纯小儿支原体肺炎患儿共313例。收集相关资料并采用单因素对小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的危险因素进行分析。结果:小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的单因素分析结果显示,营养不良、反复肺炎史、C-反应蛋白为小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的独立因素。结论:营养不良、反复肺炎史、C-反应蛋白与小儿肺炎并发神经系统损害密切相关。
Objective: To explore the risk factors of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia complicated with nervous system injury. METHODS: A total of 349 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were enrolled in this study. A total of 36 children with neurological impairment were included. A total of 313 cases of children with pure mycoplasma pneumonia. Collect relevant information and use single factor analysis of risk factors for children with mycoplasmal pneumonia complicated by nervous system damage. Results: The results of univariate analysis of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia complicated with nervous system damage showed that malnutrition, repeated history of pneumonia, and C-reactive protein were independent factors of neurological damage in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae. Conclusion: Malnutrition, repeated pneumonia history, C-reactive protein and childhood pneumonia are closely related to nervous system damage.
