液压成形技术被汽车用超轻车体计划列为重点发展的三大技术之一。管件液压成形技术是一种加工空心轻体件的先进制造技术,其原理是在封闭的成形模具里面,通过内部施加高的水压从而将金属管胀形成所需要的形状。液压成形件具有复杂的外形和特殊的性能,在汽车零部件上得到广泛的应用。液压成形技术中使用的原材料为钢管,近年来利用激光焊管作为液压成形的原材料,得到了迅速发展。激光焊管可以用不同的材料制成,可以为不同的形状,如柱状,锥状等。通过激光焊接技术拼裁制管从而使焊管在不同部位可以具有不同的机械强度,同时无毛刺边,灵活性很强。本文阐述了激光焊管作为液压成形原材料在汽车零部件上的广泛运用,并对激光焊管与直缝电阻焊管作了比较。
Hydroforming technology is one of the three major technologies developed by the automotive ultra-lightweight body program. Tubing hydroforming is an advanced manufacturing technology for hollow body parts. The principle is that in a closed mold, the metal tube is expanded to the desired shape by applying high water pressure internally. Hydroforming parts with a complex shape and special properties, are widely used in automotive parts. The raw materials used in the hydroforming technology are steel pipes. In recent years, the use of laser welded pipe as a raw material for hydroforming has been rapidly developed. Laser tube can be made of different materials, can be different shapes, such as cylindrical, tapered and so on. By laser welding technology to make pipe so that the pipe in different parts can have different mechanical strength, at the same time without burr edge, flexibility. This paper describes the extensive use of laser welded pipe as a hydroforming raw material in automotive parts, and compares laser welded pipe with straight seam welded pipe.
