知识共创已经成为制造企业在服务创新网络中获取战略性资源的关键,探索企业间知识共创行为的前因变量已经显得尤为必要。本文通过对238家企业的调查,验证了知识连接、知识距离和组织间知识共创之间的影响关系,以及知识距离对于知识连接和知识共创之间的调节效应。研究结果表明,知识距离对于知识连接和不同类型知识共创的影响是有差异的,这有助于企业进行知识创造的实践过程中进行预先设计和控制。
Knowledge co-creation has become the key for manufacturing enterprises to obtain strategic resources in service innovation network. It has become necessary to explore the antecedent variables of knowledge co-creation among enterprises. Through the survey of 238 enterprises, this paper verifies the impact of knowledge connection, knowledge distance and knowledge co-creation among organizations, as well as the adjustment effect of knowledge distance on knowledge connection and knowledge co-creation. The results show that the influence of knowledge distance on knowledge connection and different types of knowledge creation is different, which helps to pre-design and control enterprises in the practice of knowledge creation.
