目的:评估体外实验中鼠的成纤维细胞在栓塞材料表面的生长情况及栓塞材料对细胞生长的影响。方法:栓塞材料为普通的钨丝弹簧圈和表面浸有 N B C A 胶的钨丝弹簧圈。将两种弹簧圈分别和鼠的成纤维细胞进行培养,观察12、24、48、72、96 h 和5、7 d 细胞在弹簧圈表面覆盖情况及弹簧圈周围细胞生长情况。结果:两个材料组与不放材料的对照组3组成纤维细胞生长速度、形态、及活细胞的数量没有明显的差异;但成纤维细胞贴附在浸有 N B C A 胶的弹簧圈上的数量明显少于贴附在普通的弹簧圈的量。结论: N B C A 胶没有细胞毒性,但不利于细胞的贴附。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the growth of rat fibroblasts on the surface of embolic material in vitro and the effect of embolic material on cell growth. Methods: The embolic material was an ordinary tungsten coil and a tungsten coil wound with NBCA glue. The two kinds of coils were cultured respectively with mouse fibroblasts. The coverage of the surface of the coil at 12,24,48,72,96 h and 5,7 d and the cell growth around the coil were observed. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in the growth rate, morphology and the number of viable cells among the three groups of fibroblasts in the control group and the two control groups. However, the fibroblasts were attached to the coil covered with NBCA glue Significantly less than the amount attached to the ordinary coil. Conclusion: N B C A glue is not cytotoxic, but not conducive to cell attachment.
