甘薯叶片愈伤组织生长受 ~(60)Co γ-射线的影响很显著。经100Gy 剂量照射的愈伤组织的重量仅为对照的一半左右;蛋白质含量都低于对照。在试验期间蛋白质含量的增加出现2个高峰。愈伤组织经辐照后,脂质过氧化作用产物 MDA 含量比对照高,尤以高剂量(100Gy)辐照的增加更高。辐照后4周,MDA 含量开始下降,可降到低于对照的水平,10周后又上升到试验期间的最高水平。在试验开始后6周内,无论辐照与否,愈伤组织中脂氧合酶的活性都处于较低的水平,6周后其活性显著增加。试验期间愈伤组织中过氧化氢酶活性出现一个高峰。经高剂量(30Gy 和100Gy)照射的,其高峰出现期要比5Gy 处理和对照组早2周。无论辐照组和对照组,过氧化物酶在试验期间都出现2个活性高峰。100Gy 照射的酶活性峰值比对照组高,其它2个照射剂量的高峰值比对照组低。
The callus growth of sweet potato leaves was significantly affected by γ-ray irradiation. The callus irradiated with 100Gy dose weighed only about half of the control; the protein content was lower than the control. There were two peaks of increase in protein content during the experiment. After irradiated by callus, MDA content of lipid peroxidation product was higher than that of control, especially higher increase of high dose (100Gy) irradiation. At 4 weeks after irradiation, the MDA content began to decline, which could be reduced to a level lower than that of the control. After 10 weeks, the content of MDA increased to the highest level during the experiment. Within 6 weeks after the start of the experiment, the activity of the lipoxygenase in the callus was at a low level regardless of irradiation or not, and the activity was significantly increased after 6 weeks. There was a peak of catalase activity in the callus during the experiment. High-dose (30Gy and 100Gy) irradiation, the peak of emergence than 5Gy treatment and control group 2 weeks earlier. Peroxidase showed two peak activity during the experiment, irrespective of irradiation group and control group. 100Gy irradiation peak activity of enzyme activity than the control group, the other two irradiation dose peak value lower than the control group.
