近年来,在全球气候问题备受关注的背景下,探索低碳发展道路,成为人类应对气候变化的重要选择。“低碳经济”成为国际社会研究应对气候变化最热门的词汇,当前,这种以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的经济发展模式正从国外走入国内,引起了全社会的普遍关注。本刊与中国人民大学国际能源与环境战略研究中心(CIEESS)共同邀请五位科研院校和国家部委研究机构专家从“低碳经济与气候变化”、“低碳经济与大国关系”、“低碳经济与中国经济的发展”以及“跨国公司的低碳战略”四个纬度深入探讨发展“低碳经济”所带来的巨大影响,以及中国发展低碳经济将面临哪些困难和选择。
