Kin-Com is used to compare the average shortening force, peak moment and unit body weight of 108 male patients with knee joint injury, knee extension and flexor group. Experiments show that the injured knee extensor group compared with the normal knee in the average torque and peak torque decreased significantly ;; flexor group decline is not obvious. The maximum strength of the extensor group is about 60 degrees, and the maximum strength of the flexor group is about 20 degrees. The mean H / Q of normal knee joint was about 80% and the average H / Q of injured side was over 90%. Experimental average torque correction and peak torque correction relative to the general population of patients with knee injury has an important reference value. The mean torque and peak torque of injured knee extensors group, which is less than 10% compared with the normal knee on the contralateral side, can be used as one of the meaningful indexes for the diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation of knee joint injuries.
