文章通过对安徽省岳西县 2 4 0户家庭进行了贫困户与非贫困户健康状况与卫生服务利用情况的比较分析 ,结果表明农户因病致贫、因病返贫现象严重 ,特别是贫困户较非贫困户更加严重。分析揭示导致这一现象的主要原因为经济困难、没有健康保障制度与医疗救助机制 ,只有尽早建立新型农村合作医疗制度与特困人口医疗救助制度 ,才是解决此问题的关键措施
By comparing the health status and health service utilization of poor households and non-poor households in 240 households in Yuexi County, Anhui Province, the article shows that the farmers are sick due to illness and the disease return to poverty is serious, especially for poor households More serious than non-poor households. Analysis reveals that the main reason leading to this phenomenon is economic difficulties, there is no health protection system and medical assistance mechanism. Only establishing a new type of rural cooperative medical system and the medical aid system for the destitute population as soon as possible is the key measure to solve this problem
