2013年1月重庆两江新区被住建部批准为智慧城市试点以来,按照市委第四届三次会议“集中展现重庆智慧城市风貌”的要求,以智慧城市试点为契机加快打造现代都市新区,开展了以下工作:一是结合新区实际,委托清华大学同衡规划设计院等单位编制总体规划;二是加强统筹协调,组建了国际化、专业化的技术团队,梳理智慧城市建设项目,制定建设计划;三是立足资源共享,成功申报国家科技支撑项目,积极构建覆盖便民公共信息平台;
