目前我国理工类院校社科学报已达到200多家①,这些学报大多创刊于20世纪90年代前后。与综合院校或文科类院校社科学报相比,这些学报起步较晚,主办院校人文社会科学方面的综合实力相对较弱,但这并不意味理工类院校无法办出高水平的社科学报。伴随我国经济社会的发展,偏文的管理类、经济类新兴学科、交叉学科迅速崛起,一些理工类院校在这些学科领域中发展强劲,有些特色学科甚至已经走在了国内前列,这种学科优势恰恰是一些传统
At present, our college of science and engineering has reached more than 200 social science journals, most of which were published around the 1990s. Compared with the social science journals of general colleges or liberal arts colleges, these journals started relatively late, and the overall strength of the humanities and social sciences in host institutions was relatively weak.
