目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年6月—2013年6月收治的脑出血患者60例,将其随机分为A组和B组,各30例。A组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液,B组患者给予常规治疗,均以15 d为1个疗程。结果 A组患者意识觉醒时间、体温恢复正常时间短于B组,治疗后日常生活活动能力评分高于B组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率为63.3%(19/30),高于B组的36.7%(11/30)(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液能有效提高脑出血患者日常生活活动能力,有助于控制体温、促进意识恢复。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing injection on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into A group and B group, with 30 cases in each group. A group of patients on the basis of conventional treatment plus Xingnaojing injection, B group of patients given conventional treatment, were 15 d for a course of treatment. Results Awareness-awakening time and body temperature returned to normal in group A were shorter than those in group B. The score of activities of daily living after treatment was higher than that of group B (P <0.05). The total effective rate in group A was 63.3% (19/30), which was higher than that in group B (36.7%, 11/30) (P <0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can effectively improve the activities of daily living in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can help to control body temperature and promote the recovery of consciousness.
