在镇静药物的药理研究中,抖笼法是常用的方法之一。该法具有仪器简单、操作容易、记录简便等优点,但也存在着记录波形小,只能做定性观察的不足。后经一些研究者改进,建立了抖笼气鼓法、抖笼滴水法、光电抖笼法、等,提高了方法的灵敏度,还可进行半定量观察。这些方法仍分别有波形不够清晰、装置复杂、价格较高等缺点。我们用二导生理记录仪配合抖笼装置,建立了抖笼换能器
In the pharmacological study of sedative drugs, shaking cage method is one of the commonly used methods. The method has the advantages of simple instrument, easy operation, and easy recording. However, there are also deficiencies in recording waveforms that can only be used for qualitative observation. After some improvements by researchers, the establishment of a shaking cage drum method, shake cage dripping method, photoelectric cage shake method, etc., to improve the sensitivity of the method, but also for semi-quantitative observation. These methods still have the disadvantages of unclear waveforms, complicated devices, and high prices. We used a two-guided physiological recorder and a shaking cage device to create a shaker transducer.
