全球经济一体化和其对各国及企业的影响是目前世界媒体的热点。那么,全球经济一体化的含义是什么呢?基本来讲,它指国际合作伙伴关系意义上的国际合作,而这种国际合作则由市场合并所致。为使市场合并成为可能,清除现有的贸易及市场准入障碍并建立一套完善的构建于此的法律体系。众所周知,WTO正是为达此目的而设。
The global economic integration and its impact on countries and enterprises are currently the hotspots of the world’s media. So, what is the meaning of global economic integration? Basically, it refers to international cooperation in the sense of international partnership, which is caused by market consolidation. To make market consolidation possible, remove existing barriers to trade and market access and establish a well-established legal system built there. It is well known that the WTO is precisely for this purpose.
