由高海燕博士撰写的《经济发展与公有制的变革及演化》一书,近期由中国人民大学出版社出版.早在1988年7月,作为她的博士论文的答辩教授,我已经指出并肯定了如今已成书的这篇博士论文的独特创意和新颖的思路.事隔5年,对此仍然记忆犹新.由于种种原因,这部论著姗姗来迟与读者见面,虽有一些婉惜之感,但还是值得幸庆,它毕竟赶上了中国新一轮改革的浪潮.
