磺胺类注射剂一般系用磺胺嘧啶与磺胺噻唑的鈉鹽,制成20%濃度供肌肉或靜脉注射。但往往因磺胺类鈉鹽制造不良而引起注射剂的混濁、沉淀、变色等。磺胺类鈉鹽的鹼度,在制造注射剂时頗为重要,若鹼度不足,則往往引起沉淀;鹼度太强,易使抗鹼性較差的安瓿脫片,灭菌时使注射液發黄,故制造磺胺类鈉鹽时应考虑到达些問题。 1.磺胺嘧啶鈉的制造取磺胺嘧啶粉(色白者为佳)1克分子,加入4克分子蒸溜水,用玻棒攪成糊状。以20%氢氧化鈉液徐徐加入(以1.1克分子氫氧化鈉溶解于蒸溜水使成20%濃度),随加随攪,使白色糊狀的磺胺嘧啶糊全部溶解,加入20%
