制冷剂R32以其良好的热工性能和环保特性而成为一种热门经济的替代制冷剂,然而应用于制冷系统时排气温度过高成为其快速、广泛推广的最大障碍。目前通常采用喷液冷却、两级压缩和中间补气等技术降低压缩机排气温度,但是都会增加系统成本,结构的复杂度和运行的复杂性。由于广泛应用于房间空调器的滚动转子式压缩机具有抗湿压缩的特点,既不增加成本又能压缩机降低排气温度的吸气带液方法成为一种绝佳选择,本文对目前降低R32制冷系统排气温度的主要方法和吸气带液对制冷系统的影响研究现状做了简要综述。
Refrigerant R32 has become a popular and economical alternative refrigerant with its good thermal performance and environmental friendliness. However, when it is used in refrigeration system, the temperature of exhaust gas becomes the biggest obstacle to its rapid and wide promotion. At present, technologies such as jet cooling, two-stage compression and middle-stage gas reduction reduce the compressor exhaust temperature, but all increase the system cost, the complexity of the structure and the operation complexity. Because of the anti-wetting characteristics of rolling rotor compressors, which are widely used in room air conditioners, the suction liquid method, which can reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas without increasing the cost, is an excellent choice. In this paper, reducing R32 The main method of the exhaust temperature of the refrigeration system and the research status of the effect of the suction fluid on the refrigeration system are briefly reviewed.
